The world seems to be on fire with hate. Where's the love? The only virtue humanity can agree upon is the first emotion forgotten in crisis and the least displayed.
Maybe humanity needs a good burn. Complacency and arrogance fuel the inferno, I say let it burn.
I have things I can toss into the flames; memories, familiar strangers, prized possessions... Into the flames, scorching the baggage. From fire comes something greater.
The hardest tools are forged in fire, so again, I say let it burn. We will survive this, according to His plan, we will...
Plus it's all FF job security.
